IHG Hotels & Resorts (IHG) has entered a management agreement with Rajdeep Infra & Sales to establish a new hotel in Lucknow, India, under the voco brand.
The 135-room hotel is currently under construction. It is expected to begin operations in the third quarter of 2029.

The site is located in Ashiyana, an area in Lucknow with direct links to major urban centres and within proximity to Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport.
This new development will mark the introduction of the voco brand to Lucknow and will become IHG Hotels & Resorts’ third property in the city, joining existing Holiday Inn and Crowne Plaza hotels.
IHG Hotels & Resorts stated that the expansion aligns with its strategy to increase presence in important urban locations across India.
Lucknow is the capital of Uttar Pradesh and serves as a centre for business, government, education, and tourism. The city regularly attracts both domestic and international travellers.

Across India, IHG Hotels & Resorts operates 51 properties under brands such as Crowne Plaza, InterContinental Hotels & Resorts, Six Senses, and voco Hotels.
The company is pursuing further growth in India with a pipeline of 80 hotels currently under development and aims to operate more than 400 hotels in total, including both open and planned sites, within five years.
In August 2025, IHG Hotels & Resorts signed voco Bangkok Siam in partnership with SCX Corporation, a subsidiary of SC Asset Public Company. The 28-storey, 350-room property is scheduled to open in 2029.
