The site will bring together three IHG brands, InterContinental, Kimpton and Holiday Inn Resort, at a riverside location in Konohana-ku near USJ.
Scheduled for completion in 2029, the adjoining properties will collectively provide 817 guest rooms and will operate as official hotels for USJ.
These properties will be the only internationally branded hotels directly serving the theme park area, said IHG.
The location offers access to central Osaka and is positioned approximately ten minutes by boat or car from Yumeshima’s Integrated Resort.
