Global hospitality group IHG Hotels & Resorts has introduced its new midscale conversion brand Garner Hotels to Southeast Asia with the launch of a new property in Pattaya, Thailand.

The 153-room hotel is located within a short distance of Pattaya Beach, near shopping centres such as Terminal21 and Central Pattaya, as well as local dining and entertainment options.

Garner Hotel Pattaya Central offers a range of amenities, including free Wi-Fi, workspace areas in guest rooms, and bedding. Some rooms feature additional space and large windows.

Guests have access to a self-service laundry facility operating at all hours, a rooftop swimming pool and fitness centre, and a lobby shop providing snacks and complimentary coffee and tea at any time.

The on-site Gather Café functions as both a dining area and co-working space.

A display called ‘Sketches of Humanity’, made up of portraits of various guests, is installed at the hotel reception area.

Since its introduction in 2023, Garner Hotels has expanded internationally to over 72 open locations with approximately 80 additional properties in development.

The brand’s growth includes destinations across Europe, North America, and Asia, including recent openings such as Garner Hotel Kyoto Shijo Karasuma.
