
IHG Hotels and Resorts has signed a franchise agreement with DIA SARL to launch its first voco-branded property in Beirut, Lebanon.
The voco Beirut Central District is a conversion property which will be rebranded by the end of this year.

It will add 123 rooms to the company’s portfolio in the country and marks the voco brand’s foray into the region.
The hotel is in the prime location of Beirut and close to many popular attractions, including Zaituna Bay, Beirut Souks and Beirut Waterfront.
It will feature a business centre, an outdoor pool, a dedicated theatre area, a spa, a gym and four meeting rooms including a banquet-style room.
The voco Beirut Central District will also boast three dining options and a destination rooftop bar.

At present, the company operates four hotels across three brands including, Crowne Plaza, InterContinental and Staybridge Suites, in Lebanon.
