Six Senses, part of the Luxury & Lifestyle portfolio of IHG Hotels & Resorts, has opened its first property at The Whiteley in London, UK.
This development marks a new phase for the Six Senses portfolio, as it expands its urban presence following recent openings in Italy and Japan, and plans for further properties.

Six Senses London forms a quarter of The Whiteley mixed-use development near Hyde Park and Notting Hill. It features 109 bedrooms and suites, many with private terraces, and 14 branded residences.
The hotel’s spaces were created by AvroKO in partnership with EPR Architects.
A 2,300m² spa anchors the property with features such as cryotherapy, a 20m indoor swimming pool, flotation facilities, and a fitness centre.
The hotel also debuts the first Six Senses Place, a private members’ club.

Last month, IHG entered a management agreement with Chentoor Hotels to develop the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Madurai, which is expected to open in early 2029.
