ITC Hotels has opened its 30th Welcomhotel property in Mohali, Chandigarh, India, featuring 113 rooms.
The new hotel, located near Chandigarh International Airport, operates under a management contract and marks the chain’s ongoing expansion in the Tricity region that includes Chandigarh, Panchkula and Mohali.

During October to December 2025, ITC Hotels opened new properties in Rishikesh, Bodh Gaya, Sirmaur, Siliguri, Jaipur and Dungarpur.
Over the course of calendar year 2025, the company signed 28 hotels comprising 2,790 rooms, representing a 26% increase compared to the previous year.
The company reported surpassing 150 operational hotels with over 14,000 rooms during the quarter.
