The property’s largest event space is the 20,000ft² Arizona Ballroom, the largest ballroom in Tucson.

The resort also offers 26 flexible breakout rooms to suit a range of group sizes and can host events for up to 3,300 guests.

Guest accommodation at JW Marriott Tucson Starr Pass includes 522 rooms and 53 suites, all of which have also been refurbished.

The property’s recent updates include enhancements to the golf course, clubhouse, Reflection Pools, and Salud Terrace.

New features in these areas comprise modern cabanas and redesigned seating areas arranged around fire features.

Led by Ellis Adams Group, the redesign includes elements inspired by the region’s natural surroundings.

Materials such as native wood and woven textiles are used throughout, with finishes including aged leather and patinated metal referencing the site’s historical background.

JW Marriott Tucson Starr Pass Resort & Spa sales and marketing director Daniel Padilla said: “This transformation reimagines how groups come together at Starr Pass, blending thoughtful design, intuitive flow, and desert‑rooted experiences that elevate both productivity and presence.

“Our goal was to share the real Arizona with the world, and to create spaces that feel as inspiring as they are functional, and unmistakably authentic to Tucson.”
