Kerten Hospitality has selected Canary Technologies’ AI-driven guest management system to digitise operations across its portfolio of hotels in the Middle East, Europe, and North Africa (EMEA) region.
The technology will enable Kerten to automate the guest experience from pre-arrival to checkout. This move will allow guests to check in using mobile devices, communicate via AI-powered messaging and access targeted offers throughout their stay through Dynamic Upsells.

The system also introduces Smart Checkout for streamlined departures.

As an operator of hotels, serviced residences, and mixed-use destinations, Kerten focuses on lodging options shaped by local environments, said the company.
The adoption of Canary’s technology marks a move towards mobile-centric guest services aligned with the company’s development strategy.
