US-based hotel management company LBA Hospitality further expands its portfolio by opening the Homewood Suites by Hilton in Greenville, North Carolina.

Owned by US-based real estate developer BPR Properties, the four-storey hotel features 118 suites and is located close to several business parks, commercial hubs and other facilities.

The Homewood Suites by Hilton boasts studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites featuring separate living and sleeping areas.

Each suite includes a well-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, a microwave, a dishwasher and a twin-burner stove.

Furthermore, the hotel has free Wi-Fi, gathering spaces, the 24-hour Suite Shop convenience shop and guest laundry.

The pet-friendly Homewood Suites by Hilton Greenville also boasts of a business centre, a fitness centre, electric vehicle charging stations, a double-sided fireplace in the lobby area and a 625ft² meeting area.

In April, LBA Hospitality completed the revitalisation project of the Courtyard by Marriott Houston NASA/Clear Lake in Texas.

As part of the renovation project, the 124-key property underwent several upgrades, including new carpeting, furniture, artwork, wall coverings and draperies in its guestrooms, meeting rooms and other areas.
