Lemon Tree Hotels has signed a 76-room property in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, India, increasing the state portfolio to 26 hotels.
This includes eight operational properties and 18 in the pipeline, with the Gorakhpur hotel set to be managed by Lemon Tree Hotels’ wholly owned subsidiary Carnation Hotels.

The property will offer a banquet hall, meeting room, restaurant, spa, fitness centre and swimming pool.
Located 14km from Gorakhpur Airport and 8.5km from Gorakhpur railway station, the hotel is positioned for both business and leisure guests.

After this addition, Lemon Tree Hotels’ Maharashtra portfolio stands at 28 hotels, 15 operational and 13 in the pipeline.
In August 2025, Lemon Tree Hotels signed a new 98-room property in Mohkampur, Dehradun, Uttarakhand. It is positioned 9km from Dehradun railway station and 18km from Jolly Grant Airport.
The property features amenities such as a restaurant, lounge, conference room, swimming pool and fitness centre.
