Lemon Tree Hotels has signed a new 98-room property in Mohkampur, Dehradun, in the Indian state of Uttarakhand.

The hotel chain’s fully owned subsidiary, Carnation Hotels, will manage the upcoming hotel, as reported by The Economic Times.

Amenities at the property include a restaurant, lounge, conference room, swimming pool, and fitness centre.

Lemon Tree Hotels managed and franchise business CEO Vilas Pawar stated: “We are delighted to further enhance our footprint in Uttarakhand, where we currently operate eight hotels and have eight more upcoming ones.”

The hotel will be located within the Mall of Dehradun, offering direct access to shopping, dining and entertainment options.

It will be positioned around 9km from the Dehradun railway station and 18km from Jolly Grant Airport.
