India-based hotel group Lemon Tree Hotels has signed an agreement for a new resort in Lonavala, Maharashtra.
The forthcoming resort will add to the company’s current portfolio of 15 operational properties in the state, with 14 more projects, including this one, currently underway.

Lemon Tree Hotels’ wholly owned subsidiary Carnation Hotels will manage the property.
The new resort will offer 50 rooms, a restaurant, banquet facilities, a meeting room, a swimming pool, a spa and a fitness centre.
The site is 69km from Navi Mumbai International Airport and 5.8km from Lonavala Railway Station, offering convenient access for visitors.
Lonavala serves as a prominent destination for leisure travellers and corporate groups due to its proximity to Mumbai and Pune.

Lemon Tree recently entered an agreement with a 76-room hotel in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh. Carnation Hotels will manage the property.
This addition brings the company’s portfolio in the state to 26 properties, comprising eight operational hotels and 18 under development.
The hotel is planned to include a banquet hall, fitness centre, meeting room, restaurant, spa, and swimming pool.
The site is situated approximately 14km from Gorakhpur Airport and 8.5km from the city’s railway station.
