Lighthouse has rolled out Review Agent, a new tool that aggregates guest feedback from Booking.com and Expedia into a unified dashboard for hotel operators.

The platform allows hoteliers to read, reply to, and automate responses to reviews through a single interface.

According to the company, this feature is available to subscribers of its Channel Management service on Plus and Complete plans, offering both unlimited AI-generated replies and automated review management options.

The launch comes as AI increasingly influences how travellers discover accommodation online.

Industry data suggests guest reviews now affect rankings on online travel agencies (OTAs) and the results generated by AI-powered search platforms such as ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, and Perplexity.

Lighthouse said independent hotels face growing pressure to engage with online feedback to remain visible alongside large chains in search results and OTA listings.

Review Agent enables hoteliers to monitor all their Booking.com and Expedia reviews in one place, filter them by platform or score, and address unread feedback efficiently.

The tool provides three approaches: manual management, one-click AI-generated replies that can be posted directly to review platforms, or full automation through its Autopilot function.

Autopilot monitors incoming feedback and issues responses based on pre-set thresholds for review scores.

Positive comments receive immediate acknowledgements, while lower-scoring reviews are marked for further attention.

Lighthouse’s product innovation head Nadine Böttcher said: “Review Agent handles the heavy lifting so hoteliers can focus on what they do best, while making sure their property stays visible wherever travellers are searching, whether that’s on Booking.com, Expedia or the next wave of AI-powered travel platforms.”

In early adoption statistics provided by Lighthouse, users sent 88% of their review replies using the one-click AI response feature, which the company states reduces the time spent managing feedback.

Lighthouse positions Review Agent as a solution for independent properties aiming to improve their visibility on OTAs and within evolving digital travel discovery channels.

Earlier this month, Lighthouse introduced The Hotels Network app, a direct booking tool for hotels accessible via ChatGPT.
