Lion Roars Hotels & Lodges has collaborated with cloud hotel property management systems (PMS) provider Stayntouch, aiming to enhance the management of its 11 properties across South Africa.
This collaboration is aimed at improving operational efficiency and guest experiences across these properties, which include prime beach retreats to game reserve destinations.

Stayntouch said that the PMS integration has provided Lion Roars with an “intuitive” platform, facilitating swift staff training.
It also enabled accelerated deployment across all 11 properties within a six-week timeframe.
The tech vendor added that the system’s multi-property functionality allows for centralised control while its flexibility in integrations ensures cost-effectiveness by eliminating fees for changing or adding new integrations.
