US-based hotel brand LivAway Suites has commenced construction on a new extended-stay hotel in Mesa, Arizona, adding to its growing portfolio in the state and an expanding development pipeline nationwide.
The company plans to open the property in late 2026, marking its fifth site in Arizona.

The hotel will feature full kitchens in each room, private bathrooms, seating areas with 50in smart TVs, technology-enabled laundry facilities, and high-speed wireless internet.
Guests will also have access to the brand’s long-term accommodation programmes such as discounted extended-stay rates, early booking options, and SavAway club memberships.
The hotel chain currently counts 22 locations either operational or under construction across the country and anticipates breaking ground on a further 12 to 15 hotels during 2026.
