The platform offers a conversational interface that enables hotel teams to query property-level data in natural language rather than relying on manual report generation or static dashboards.

The platform uses a multi-model AI architecture, deploying various large language models for different analytical functions such as numerical analysis, forecasting, and narrative reporting.

The configuration aims to ensure accuracy when working with time-series information, market comparisons, and percentile rankings—areas often challenging for general-purpose AI solutions.

LodgIQ CEO Vincent Ramelli said: “AI Wizard completely changes how revenue decisions get made. Revenue teams don’t need more dashboards; they need answers. We are proud to be the first to bring true generative AI in hospitality. It’s like having an experienced revenue analyst available 24/7.”

AI Wizard includes three main modules at launch. The ‘Ask the Wizard’ feature allows users to request performance metrics and forecasts using everyday language.

‘Daily Glimpse’ provides automated daily performance summaries covering occupancy, average daily rate (ADR), revenue, and revenue per available room (RevPAR), distributed by email or PDF without user-generated reports.

The ‘Opportunity Radar’ feature reviews demand for the coming year, assigning opportunity ratings to each date and quantifying financial impacts using transparent analysis of factors such as market occupancy and competitive rate positioning.

According to LodgIQ, a fourth module called ‘Get Your Life Back’ is in development. This addition aims to further automate recurring revenue management tasks for hotels.

LodgIQ operations and customer success director Samuel Johnson said: “Generative AI only works in revenue management if the data is right and the logic is transparent. That’s why the AI Wizard is unique. It doesn’t just predict outcomes, it explains them, showing exactly which market signals and performance drivers matter.”

In September, LodgIQ completed a technical integration with France-based D-EDGE Hospitality Solutions, extending its platform’s reach into Europe.
