The Residences at The St Regis Karya Cove Resort will feature 221 luxury apartments and villas, ranging from one to five bedrooms.

These residences aim to deliver a high-end coastal living experience. Facilities will include a lounge, media room, exhibition kitchen, co-working spaces, library, fitness centre with private studios, and a swimming pool.

Bodrum is renowned for its historical significance and cultural appeal.

The new resort and residences will occupy a 280,000m² area in Kazikli Cove. It will provide access to unspoiled beaches and scenic sea views while maintaining convenient connectivity to Bodrum’s historic old town.

Marriott International, Europe, Middle East and Africa chief development officer Jerome Briet said: “The signing of a St Regis resort and branded residences in Bodrum reflects our commitment to growing our portfolio of brands and the demand we are seeing for luxury experiences in Türkiye.

“Bodrum, with its azure waters, rich heritage and contemporary allure, continues to attract travellers from around the world seeking refined leisure experiences. We look forward to bringing the timeless elegance of the St Regis brand to the remarkable area of the Kazikli Cove, offering guests and residents unparalleled service and sophistication.”

The addition of The St Regis Karya Cove Resort brings Marriott’s portfolio in Türkiye to 100 hotels either operating or in development. Currently, Marriott manages more than 60 properties across the country under 21 different brands.

In May, Marriott International forged a partnership with Solana PA to introduce the St Regis Hotels & Resorts brand to Costa Rica.
