The company started as a family-owned motel and now manages 34 hotels located in 13 US states under seven different hotel brands.
Canary Technologies will provide AI-powered messaging tools, which will enable hotel staff to communicate with guests in more than 100 languages.
This functionality aims to facilitate faster responses and more effective engagement between staff and visitors.
The technology also offers automated options for upselling room upgrades and amenities throughout the guest journey, which is intended to support revenue growth while allowing team members to focus on core hospitality tasks.
