It will have 91 quadruple, 75 double, 33 triple, and 33 six-bed rooms, aligning with the company’s adaptable room concept.

MEININGER Hotels CEO Ajit Menon said: “The new location in Dublin strengthens our position in the British and Irish market and is an important component of our European growth strategy.

“With the new property, we are responding to the strong demand and limited capacity in the local hotel sector. Together with Salamisso Developments, we aim to offer our guests an attractive, centrally located accommodation at a fair price.”

The hotel’s location provides convenient access to transport. It is situated near Vicar Street and the National College of Art and Design. Heuston Station, a short walk away, offers connections to regional and national trains, as well as the Luas tram.
