Global hospitality group Minor Hotels has named Cristian Nannucci as general manager of the Tivoli La Vie Muscat Hotel, which is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2026.

Nannucci will oversee the operational launch and the pre-opening of the inaugural Tivoli Hotels & Resorts property in Oman, marking a significant expansion for the brand in the Middle East.

He has more than three decades of international experience in the hospitality industry.

His previous roles have spanned across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East regions, where he worked within several global hotel brands.

Minor Hotels Middle East and Africa operations vice-president David Todd said: “The appointment of Cristian marks a significant milestone as we prepare to launch our first Tivoli property in Oman.

The Tivoli property will be part of the contemporary La Vie mixed-use development, located 15 minutes from Muscat International Airport.

The hotel will feature 79 rooms and 100 branded residences, providing guests with views of an 18-hole golf course.

Guests at the hotel can enjoy a range of amenities, including an Anantara Spa, the SEEN Rooftop Bar & Restaurant, a ballroom, a sports bar, meeting rooms, and an infinity swimming pool.
