Occupancy rates at 134 hotels in Albany and the surrounding area in the state of New York, US, increased by 6.2% in October 2011, according to STR Global.
The average occupancy rate of the 11,660 rooms included in the survey was 69.7%, and the average daily rate increased by 1% compared with October 2010.
