US-based investment firm Equity International is to invest $75m in Indian developer and hotel owner SAMHI, which has a partnership with Marriott Hotels.
SAMHI has already begun developing properties in Bangalore, Chennai and Gurgaon in a project comprising four hotels and 630 rooms with Courtyard and the Fairfield by Marriott and Hyatt Place brands.
