Jin Jiang International Hotels has signed an agreement with Shanghai Duck King Real Estate Development to provide management services for the upcoming Grammy Jin Jiang Hotel in Shanghai, China.
The Jin Jiang Hotel will be built in the Shanghai International Automobile City of Anting Town in Shanghai.

Scheduled to open in June 2017, the 250-room hotel covers an area of 36,000m². It is being built in Duck King Commercial Plaza in the Jiading District.
Jin Jiang International Hotels chief executive officer Simon Zhang said: "Besides representing a successful expansion of the group, the management agreement for Grammy Jin Jiang Hotel is a further testament of Jin Jiang International Hotel’s management capabilities."
The company expects Grammy Jin Jiang Hotel to flourish in Anting Automobile City, which does not currently have enough hotels to facilitate meetings and accommodation for business travellers.
