UK-based mobile virtual network operator Lebara Group has acquired a property in Chennai, India, from RAS Adyar Hotel for Rs1.1bn ($23m).
The 190-room hotel, which is under construction, will be managed by the Taj Group of Hotels under the Gateway brand.
