Maritim Hotel Shenyang also offers event and conference facilities, with a capacity for up to 1,400 people in the ballroom, and 15 meeting spaces.
The hotel chain will also open a further two properties in China: the 288-room Maritim Hotel Hui Zun in Anting, Shanghai, later in 2011, and another property in Changzhou in the first half of 2012.
