Residence Inn by Marriott has opened a $65m hotel, called Residence Inn at Sunny Isles Beach, Florida.

It is a 19-storeyed hotel comprising studio suites having ocean, intercostal and city views distanced a few strides away from the beach.

This hotel was designed by Miami-based KobiKarp Architecture & Interior Design. It has designed the property in crisp and clean lines.

Robert Finvarb Companies and Residence Inn Miami Sunny Isles Beach owner Robert Finvarb said: “We are very excited to bring the Residence Inn brand to Sunny Isles Beach.

It serves the business travelers with large suites having well-lit work desk, ergonomic chair and complimentary high-speed internet access.

Every suite comes equipped with kitchenette and residential-sized appliances. The floor to ceiling windows in every suite offer view of the intercostal and Atlantic Ocean.

The hotel has poolside restaurant, called Ocean View on Nine, which features both indoor and outdoor dining options. It also offers a complimentary hot breakfast featuring Healthy Favorites. The hotel also provides a grocery delivery service and a 24-hour onsite food and beverage market.

Residence Inn features three conference halls and two rooftop decks, with a total of up to 9,000 ft2. It also provides a business library, offering faxes, copying and printing services to business travelers.
