
Hotel development and management company Nexgen Hotels has further expanded its portfolio with the acquisition of Best Western Plus Ambassador Suites Venice in the US.
Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.

The Florida-based property will be managed by Genuine Hospitality Group, which is situated in St Louis.
It has 83 suites along with a range of dining and entertainment options.
The property also features a fitness centre, a heated outdoor swimming pool, and a sundeck.

Best Western Plus Ambassador Suites Venice provides guests access to 14 miles of Gulf beaches and championship golf courses.
It is situated 24 miles from Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport.
Additionally, guests at the property can visit nearby locations such as Oscar Scherer Park, Venice Marketplace, Fox Lea Farm, Venice Theatre, and Venice Audubon Rookery Park.
Nexgen Hotels currently has more than 19 properties across four US states.
The company’s portfolio of hotels includes the 99-room Hyatt Place Chicago, Illinois; the 120-key Four Points by Sheraton, Omaha, Nebraska; and more.
This acquisition comes just after Nexgen Hotels acquired Holiday Inn St Petersburg West in Florida.
Holiday Inn St Petersburg West has 129 guest rooms and two meeting rooms, as well as catering and event planning services.
