India-based NILE Hospitality has announced the upcoming launch of its first Accor-branded hotel in Nagpur, Maharashtra.
The Novotel Nagpur property will be located approximately 15 minutes from Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar International Airport.

The new hotel is set to increase the company’s presence in Central India and expand Accor’s reach across the region.
Novotel Nagpur will feature 120 rooms and suites. Dining options will include a multi-cuisine restaurant with an open kitchen, a bar, and a deli.
The hotel will also offer 20,000ft² of space for meetings and events, comprising a banquet hall, terrace lawn, alfresco lounge and several meeting rooms.
Facilities such as an outdoor swimming pool, spa and gym will be available for guests.

Founded in 2018, NILE Hospitality manages 24 hotels across 19 Indian states and operates over 1,900 rooms nationwide.
The company’s portfolio includes properties under international brands such as Marriott International, Wyndham Hotels, Radisson Hotel Group, Hilton and Hyatt.
NILE Hospitality is continuing its expansion with plans for an additional 3,000 rooms.
In December 2025, Hilton and NILE Hospitality announced plans to open five Hampton hotels in India within the next two years.
