Hospitality company Oetker Collection has opened Hotel La Palma, its first hotel in Capri, Italy.
The hotel, formerly known as Locanda Pagano, was originally constructed in 1822 and is located just steps from the famous Piazzetta.
It was claimed to be the first hotel project designed by interior designer Francis Sultana.
The hotel, owned by Reuben Brothers, was transformed into an elegant 50-room-and-suite property after two and a half years of renovation.
Hotel La Palma also boasts a spa and a newly constructed pool deck, overlooking the boutiques of Via Vittorio Emanuele, with a pool bar.
It also includes two restaurants and bars and a private beach club, known as Da Gioia by La Palma.
