The hotel, which features 39 rooms, is designed to meet the needs of families and guests with an active lifestyle.

The property is located on the border of the West Branch Little River, midway between Stowe Village and Stowe Mountain Resort.
The Sun & Ski Inn and Suites property is co-owned by Mark and Rachel Vandenberg, as well as Michael and Debi Diender. The Dienders acquired Sun & Ski Inn and Suites in 1996 and transferred hotel operations to the Vandenbergs in 2012.

The property also includes the Stowe Bowl and the Stowe Golf Park. The Stowe Golf Park is an 18-hole ‘golf-in-miniature’ course located on Mountain Road in front of Sun & Ski Inn and Suites, while the Stowe Bowl is an eight-lane boutique bowling venue.
The hotel offers food at The Eatery, located next to Stowe Bowl and Stowe Golf Park. It also features a hot tub, an indoor heated pool with a retractable roof and a fitness centre.
