The move is part of Pan Pacific Hotels Group’s strategic initiative to standardise POS technology across its international portfolio.

The Infrasys POS system is already operational in 24 Pan Pacific locations across Asia and Africa, with the London property marking the group’s first European implementation.

Shiji POS sales director Jose Angel Alvarez Guixeras said: “Pan Pacific London is a property where guest expectations, service quality, and operational complexity are all exceptionally high. Infrasys POS delivers the flexibility, speed, and integrated reporting they need, while also providing a scalable platform that the entire Pan Pacific Hotels Group can build upon.”

The new rollout at the London location encompasses a variety of venues, including Straits Kitchen & Bar, Ginger Lily Bar & Lounge, and in-room dining services.

Pan Pacific Hotels Group chose to implement Infrasys POS to meet the demand for a cloud-based, group-wide POS solution that could handle multiple service types and high transaction volumes.

The flexibility of this system enables Pan Pacific London to oversee all aspects of its operations, from fine dining to in-room orders, on a unified platform.

Pan Pacific Hotels Group Finance vice president Jinny Chong said: “Shiji’s support ensured the implementation went as smoothly as possible. We needed a solution that could handle the size and variety of our London operations, deliver comprehensive reporting, and align with our global technology strategy.”

With the full implementation of Infrasys POS, Pan Pacific London now enjoys access to real-time data, streamlined service workflows, and scalable solutions to adapt to changing guest needs.
