Commercial real estate investment platform Peachtree Group has opened the 87-suite TownePlace Suites in Forney, Texas, US, operated on behalf of TEKMAK Development.
Situated east of Dallas, the hotel is set to cater to the increasing number of business and leisure travellers visiting Forney. Peachtree notes that the area is characterised by continuous development, with new building projects, growing retail complexes, and industrial parks.

Peachtree Group’s partnership with TEKMAK Development in 2023 has led to the management of six Texas-based properties, including the Fairfield Inn & Suites Paris and SpringHill Suites Dallas Rockwall.

Peachtree’s hospitality management division operates premium-branded hotels in the upper-midscale and upscale segments, managing a portfolio of 108 hotels across 28 brands and 26 states.
In 2023, Peachtree introduced two dual-branded hotels in Paris, Texas, including a 51-suite TownePlace Suites and a 62-suite Fairfield Inn & Suites.
These launches, operated by Peachtree for Tekmak Development, signify a substantial contribution to the local hospitality sector.
