Preferred Hotels & Resorts has expanded its global portfolio with 18 independent luxury hotels between 1 April and 30 June 2025.
The new member properties range from a Texas inn to a castle in the Austrian Alps that has been transformed into a luxury property.

Of the new properties, two will belong to the Lifestyle Collection.
These comprise an Amara property, a renovated 389-room hotel that is centrally located in Singapore’s business district of Tanjong Pagar, as well as the Himalayas Hotel in Shanghai, China, which offers 412 rooms and suites.
Furthermore, several hotels in Italy, the US and Austria will become part of the L.V.X Collection.
The Castello di Velona Resort Thermal SPA & Winery in Italy offers 45 rooms and suites, as well as amenities such as private terraces and in-room thermal baths.

By GlobalDataScheduled to open later this year is Green Pastures in Austin, Texas, US. The inn features 63 guest rooms and suites, two dining experiences, an outdoor pool, a fitness studio, and event venues.
In Aigen im Ennstal, Austria, the 110-room Imlauer Hotel Schloss Pichlarn is set within an 11th-century castle. The property provides a Private Spa Suite, an 18-hole golf course, and a range of activities from yoga to wine tastings.

Earlier this year, Preferred Hotels & Resorts added 11 new member properties to its portfolio.
