The Radisson Hotel Group has announced the signing of the Radisson Collection Resort & Spa, Jaipur, India, marking the group’s fourth venture in the city and the third Radisson Collection property in South Asia.

The 200-key resort is designed to reflect Rajasthan’s royal heritage and cater to the leisure and MICE [meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions] sectors, reported ETHospitalityWorld.com.

Radisson Hotel Group managing director and senior vice president for South Asia Nikhil Sharma said: “We are delighted to introduce the Radisson Collection brand to Jaipur, a city steeped in culture and known for its unmatched hospitality. This will be our fourth property in the city, which has always been a leading tourism and MICE destination.”

He expressed confidence in the resort’s strategic position to capture a significant share of Jaipur’s domestic leisure and wedding market.

The new resort is expected to exude Jaipur’s spirit through landmark architecture, elegant interiors, and personalised service. It will feature 200 rooms and suites, specialty restaurants, a bar, a coffee lounge, and wellness facilities including a spa, fitness centre, and outdoor pool.

Radisson Hotel Group has more than 199 hotels in operation and development. It is claimed to be the largest hotel operator in tier-1 markets such as Delhi NCR and has a substantial portfolio in tier-2 and tier-3 markets.

The group has introduced various brands to the Indian market, ensuring properties are located within a four-hour drive of each other.
