Reef Capital Partners has announced the opening of The Boardwalk Hotel on Lake Anna by Kasa in Mineral, Virginia, US.

This boutique lakefront destination features 34 rooms with two multiple-bedroom suites and provides various accommodation options, including king and queen rooms, and double queen configurations.

Certain rooms are equipped with kitchenettes or wet bars, and some units can be connected to accommodate larger groups.

Reef Capital Partners has made investments in substantial upgrades to the property’s private septic and drain fields to ensure its operations are sustainable.

The hotel offers a variety of activities for leisure travellers, including pontoon, jet ski, kayak, and paddleboard rentals.

In partnership with Kasa, The Boardwalk Hotel leverages technology to enhance the guest experience. Features include virtual check-in and check-out processes, as well as the ability to request personalised services through Kasa’s Virtual Front Desk, among other tech-enabled facilities.

The Reef Capital Partners-owned Coco Palms Resort in Kauai is currently undergoing restoration, with a planned reopening in 2026.
