Residence Inn Albuquerque North has finished a seven-month renovation project, updating its 90-suite hotel in North Albuquerque, New Mexico, US.
Opened in 2002, the property serves business and government travellers, particularly those staying for extended periods.

The completed works include redesigned studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom suites that average 636ft² and feature full-size kitchens, separate living and sleeping areas, and workspaces.
The hotel’s fitness centre has been expanded and now includes four machines alongside free weights. An outdoor swimming pool remains available to guests.
The property has also introduced mobile key technology to facilitate electronic room access.
Residence Inn Albuquerque North continues to target guests on extended assignments or visits to nearby employers such as Intel’s manufacturing facility and Sandia National Laboratories. It also accommodates visitors attending events at Balloon Fiesta Park and Expo New Mexico.
