The restored Winnedumah hotel will present guests with 21 standard queen rooms and three suites.

Its interiors feature 16ft-high ceilings within the Grand Lobby alongside an original stone fireplace while the hotel offers panoramic views of Mount Williamson, a curated retail selection and a dining room that doubles as a versatile meeting space.

In honour of its 100-year legacy, several original furnishings such as writing desks, luggage racks and mirrors have been refinished to preserve the character of the property.
