The Ritz-Carlton oceanfront resort in Miami’s Key Biscayne in the US has reopened following a $100m renovation programme, marking its first major update in nearly 25 years.
The hotel sits on 17 acres of beachfront property and now features redesigned spaces throughout the resort.

Hospitality developer Gencom led the project with design by Hart Howerton, DesignAgency, and Chapi Chapo Design studios.
The upgrade has introduced changes to guest rooms and suites, communal areas, dining venues, and recreational facilities.
Guest accommodations have been revamped with new furnishings and finishes. Some rooms also offer private terraces.
The property has also expanded its food and beverage options as part of the relaunch.

By GlobalDataThe Ritz-Carlton Spa now occupies 30,000ft² within the resort complex and includes 16 treatment rooms alongside spaces such as a full-service salon, Spa Sanctuary, Journey Lounge, and Sensory Spa Garden with private cabanas.
In addition to spa services, fitness amenities have been upgraded to include a new oceanfront wellness centre, as well as refreshed swimming pools and cabanas and expanded water sports access.
The Cliff Drysdale Tennis Center continues to operate at the property with tennis, pickleball and padel courts available for guests.

The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne is located near central Miami but maintains private beach access along Biscayne Bay.
