The brand manages more than 8,000 rooms, either open or under development, in the region. Its portfolio includes hotels and branded residential units aimed at travellers seeking efficiency and connectivity.

The introduction of Rove Hotels to Egypt reflects the brand’s ongoing efforts to expand its presence beyond the United Arab Emirates (UAE), following announcements of new projects in Saudi Arabia and Oman.

The launch comes as tourism activity increases in Cairo ahead of major museum openings and continued interest in local landmarks.

El Sayyad Group CEO Khaled El Sayyad said: “The hospitality landscape in Egypt is shifting toward well-designed experiences that prioritise social connectivity. Our partnership with Rove Hotels is a strategic move to address this gap.

“By combining El Sayyad Group’s deep-rooted local market insight with Rove’s regional lifestyle appeal, we are creating a unique value proposition that blends world-class connectivity with authentic local culture.”

The partnership between El Sayyad Group and Rove Hotels is positioned as a response to growing demand for hospitality services catering to both leisure and business travellers within Greater Cairo.

Rove Hotels COO Paul Bridger said: “Bringing Rove to Cairo is an exciting step forward that opens the door to a new audience in a city rich with culture and energy.”
