After evaluating available options, Rudding Park chose Agilysys to deliver an integrated platform linking accommodation, dining, spa, golf, and residential management.
Over the past 20 years, Rudding Park has grown into a resort comprising 90 bedrooms and suites, three restaurants, a spa, two golf courses, and event spaces.
To accommodate this growth, the resort decided to replace its disconnected technology infrastructure with a scalable solution encompassing all business facets.

The main objective of the transformation is to introduce an intelligent guest profile that follows each guest across the property.
With Agilysys tools such as guest app, book, digital marketing, and group landing pages, guests can check real-time availability and book multiple services through one process. Staff benefit from tools such as Express Mobile and Authorize & Pay for automated workflows and visibility of inventory in real-time.
Rudding Park’s suite of solutions includes InfoGenesis point of sale (POS), OnDemand, and Reserve Dining & Pay, as well as modules for spa, golf, loyalty, promotions and membership.
The entire operation is managed through the Agilysys Versa property management system (PMS) and other modules while data is aggregated in Agilysys Analyze for reporting and insight.
In February 2025, Hamilton Island Enterprises (HIE) selected Agilysys to enhance its operational efficiency and improve guest experiences.
