With the acquisition, the business travel solutions company now comprises eight specialised brands and manages over $5bn in annual hotel bookings, handling more than 60,000 bookings each day and accessing a network of over two million properties worldwide.
The group employs 700 people worldwide, with half of its staff working in technology and product development.
The integration of HotelHub broadens S4BT’s reach into the UK market and strengthens its connections with large international travel management companies (TMCs).
By combining HotelHub’s infrastructure with S4BT’s existing platforms for booking, payment and electronic invoicing, the group aims to deliver an integrated corporate hotel solution for TMCs.

S4BT launched last year with a strategy to become a single technology partner for TMCs, corporate clients and others in the business travel industry.
The acquisition supports this objective by enabling the group to provide services across sourcing, booking, customer care, payment, and financial control within one framework.
The company states that it will now be able to manage high volumes of hotel flows at scale across key markets, including the US and Europe.
S4BT founder and group CEO Ziad Minkara said: “Our ambition is clear: to build the most integrated and technologically advanced business travel platform.
“The acquisition of HotelHub is a decisive step in that direction. It takes S4BT into a new league, strengthens our position and establishes a solid presence in the UK.”
The group is focusing on innovation in areas such as AI-driven rate optimisation, automated reconciliation and hotel performance intelligence to improve revenue quality and operational efficiency for its TMC partners.
HotelHub CEO Jay Virdee said: “Joining S4BT allows HotelHub to accelerate its mission at a new scale. By combining our distribution technology with S4BT’s operational expertise and financial capabilities, we can deliver greater value to TMCs and their corporate clients across the globe.”
The addition of HotelHub is expected to strengthen the group’s service offerings and support long-term growth through close collaboration with partners.
