The launch of the two hotels follows a strategic partnership between Hawkins Way Capital and Marriott announced in September 2025.
Under this partnership, six properties will be converted to operate as FOUND Hotels.
All properties under this initiative are managed by FCL Management, an external entity that oversees both boutique and branded hotels’ operations.
The ongoing expansion will see additional locations in major US markets such as Santa Barbara, Chicago, San Francisco and San Diego.
