By GlobalDataA central element in the decision was G3 RMS’s Group Evaluation capability, which offers real-time analysis of group business value and the potential impact of displaced demand.
The functionality is designed to support locations where group bookings make a significant contribution to demand. This includes properties in Makkah and Madinah, where pilgrimage-led group business is a key part of Shaza Hotels’ revenue mix.
The feature will equip sales teams with insights on group value and displacement risk to inform decisions while maintaining flexibility.
IDeaS Europe, Middle East and Africa principal sales director Ibrahim Saba said: “This partnership reflects our shared passion for innovation and excellence.
“By equipping Shaza Hotels with cutting-edge revenue management solutions, we’re helping them stay ahead in a fast-changing, competitive market. With smarter, faster revenue decisions, Shaza Hotels is well-positioned for sustainable growth.”
