The resort now uses the Infrasys Cloud POS system across its restaurants, spa, leisure outlets, and bars, allowing for unified service management for its guests.

With several outlets on site, including two dining venues, children’s facilities, the Sirenna bar, banquet areas, and various leisure amenities, the resort management sought a point-of-sale system that could handle the requirements of its diverse operations.

Shiji said that the new system enables real-time reporting and consolidates data from all outlets, supporting quicker managerial decisions and streamlining service delivery.

The adoption of the cloud-based POS platform has replaced previous processes, allowing staff greater mobility and supporting consistent standards across the property.

Shiji Group Asia Pacific and the Middle East senior vice president Steven Hopkinson said: “With Infrasys POS, we’ve created a seamless service environment for staff to then have more time to focus on guests rather than systems.

“Whether it’s in-room dining via QR code, cocktails by the pool, or a spa treatment, Infrasys ensures the same smooth, connected service experience throughout the resort.”

According to Shiji, centralising operational functions under one system improves efficiency for both staff and guests.

Shiji provides hospitality technology for clients worldwide, with Infrasys Cloud POS as part of its portfolio of solutions for hotel and resort operations.

Last month, hotel management and development company American Liberty Hospitality expanded the use of Shiji technology at seven of its hotels.
