The integration, achieved via Premier Inn’s new application programming interface (API), allows TMCs to access both flexible and saver rates.
Travellers will experience self-service booking modifications and cancellations, while agents can execute global service requests using Spotnana’s agent desktop.
Additional benefits for travellers include access to prepaid and pay-at-property rates and Premier Inn’s flexible free-cancellation option up to the day of arrival.
Users can purchase extras such as breakfast within the booking workflow and view enhanced imagery of hotels and rooms for transparency in accommodation selection.
Spotnana’s TMC partners can enable Premier Inn content via customisable settings on the Spotnana Cloud platform.
Premier Inn sales and distribution director Tim Sleep said: “We are unlocking more affordable hotel options for corporate travellers via Spotnana’s vast TMC partner network through this direct integration.
“At Premier Inn, we want to ensure a frictionless experience for every guest, from the moment they book to the moment they check out. By partnering with Spotnana, we are putting more power in the hands of corporate travellers, enabling them to browse, book, pay, and modify their own hotel reservations effortlessly.”
Spotnana content and distribution executive vice-president Bill Brindle said: “Our goal is to make content fragmentation a concern of the past by building deep direct connections to the world’s largest travel providers, reinforcing Spotnana’s commitment to delivering better experiences for travellers, agents, and travel buyers alike.
“Developing this deep integration with Premier Inn provides comprehensive inventory and flexible rates that offer a fundamentally better experience for the budget-conscious corporate traveller.”
