India-based Spree Hospitality has signed an agreement to open a new hotel, Zip by Spree Hotels Morjim in Goa, India, The Economic Times reports.
The property is scheduled to open on 1 June this year in the coastal town of Morjim, Goa.

Spree Hospitality, a subsidiary of Indian online travel company EaseMyTrip, claims to focus on service, comfort and style.
It currently operates over 30 hotels, clubs and guesthouses across India.
The company plans to open more than seven hotels in this quarter.
Spree Hospitality vice-president Sagar Khurana said: “We are delighted to announce the addition of Zip by Spree Hotels Morjim to our portfolio and are confident that it will become a sought-after destination for travellers seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The hotel is located in Morjim and is close to some of the town’s popular tourist attractions. Guests can walk along the Morjim beach, participate in water sports, or visit the local markets and cafes.
Zip by Spree Hotels Morjim offers a range of amenities. The hotel will feature rooms with balconies, with some offering views of Morjim Beach.
The hotel will also feature an on-site restaurant and swimming pool. The restaurant will serve local and international cuisines. The restro bar will be suitable for drinking and relaxing with friends and family.
