Independent hotel management company Trilogy Hotels has commenced management of Peppers Gallery Hotel Canberra, strengthening its presence in the premium hotel sector across Australia.

The 80-room heritage-listed site was originally designed by architect John Smith Murdoch, who was also responsible for Old Parliament House and the Hyatt Hotel Canberra.
Built in 1927, the property initially provided accommodation for public servants attending the inauguration of the first Parliament House.
Trilogy Hotels will oversee daily operations under a franchise agreement with Accor, drawing on Accor’s global distribution channels and loyalty programme to support the hotel’s positioning.
Molonglo is known for its design-driven approach to developments across Australia and Greece, covering hospitality, mixed-use and residential projects.
