Situated in the former Guardian Life Building, the hotel has undergone significant architectural enhancements, particularly in the living room or lobby area.

The Rockwell Group-led redesign pays homage to the Beaux-Arts style of the early twentieth century and draws inspiration from Union Square Park’s dynamic environment.
