The Dazzler Select franchise enables hotel owners to retain their property’s individual identity and branding while gaining access to Wyndham’s resources.

These include participation in the Wyndham Rewards loyalty programme, global distribution channels, technology infrastructure, and sales and marketing support.

The franchise requires participating hotels to maintain at least a 4.0 guest rating and comply with core operational standards such as offering free Wi-Fi for Wyndham Rewards members, and incorporating boutique-inspired design elements.

Dazzler Select’s business model features a flat monthly brand fee that covers traditional royalty and marketing charges, aiming to simplify costs for owners.

The offering also focuses on lower-cost conversions to minimise expenditures typically associated with rebranding.

The first property to join the brand is Magic Moment Resort & Kids Club in Kissimmee, Florida, which has transitioned under the Dazzler Select name.

The Magic Moment Resort & Kids Club was established by entrepreneurs Ariel Tomat and Carina Radonich, with Radonich joining Wyndham’s Women Own the Room programme.

The resort features themed guest rooms, interactive spaces for children, and a Kids Club.

Magic Moment Resort & Kids Club co-owner Carina Radonich said: “With Dazzler Select by Wyndham, we discovered the perfect partner: one that allows us to protect what we’ve built while giving us access to a world-class platform of support, reach, and innovation.”

Wyndham reports that it has finalised agreements with two further hotels and is engaged in discussions with more than 25 additional developers about potential conversions to Dazzler Select.

Over the next five years, Wyndham plans to open 50 more hotels under this brand.

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts has partnered with All In Italia Hotels & Resorts in September 2025, to open a four-star hotel in Conegliano town of Italy.
