The collaboration seeks to address workforce shortage concerns and improve operational efficiency by integrating Keenon’s AI-enabled robots into hotel operations, including support for events, cleaning, and related tasks.
Keenon will supply AI-driven robots as part of the agreement. The two companies also plan to use them alongside its own workforce to create new models that combine human labour with robotic support.
The goal is to support existing employees in their roles, rather than substituting them while emphasising on maintaining service standards typical of the hospitality industry.
The deployment will initially target YY Group’s client base within the region, aligning robot solutions to specific requirements and adapting to local market conditions.
